AUCTION Sale of 3 properties belonging to the French Government
The Embassy of France in Windhoek, acting in the name and on behalf of the French Government (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) will proceed to the sale, by closed offer, of three houses :
24 Chalcedoon Street, house with a surface of 208.3 m², located Eros Park, Windhoek, ERF 293 of 1264 m2 .
19 Heliodoor street, a house with a surface of 123.4 m2, located Eros Park, Windhoek, ERF 224 of 1224 m2.
113 Eros weg, a house with a surface of 265.3 m2, located Eros Park, Windhoek, ERF 224 of 1633 m2
The tender documents, as well as Information related to the conditions and terms of sale, can be obtained at the Embassy of France in Namibia (1, Goethe street, opposite Government Office Park).
The bids should be handed over or delivered to the Embassy of France by Monday 6th July 2009 12:00 am at the latest.
Bank pre-qualification is required to make an offer and must be included with the bid.
Bid price to be excluding transfer costs. All transfer costs are to be paid by the successful bidder.
